Virtual therapy for adults across Texas
Maybe you're tired, stretched thin, or carrying more than you know what to do with. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and find your footing again — at your pace, and on your terms.
Text 972-885-8578Licensed statewide in Texas — serving adults anywhere in Texas, from Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio to communities in between.

Maybe you've tried therapy, medication, self-help, or simply pushing through. You may understand your patterns intellectually, yet something deeper still feels unresolved.

My path to counseling began with a fascination for how people think, feel, and make meaning of their experiences. After studying music performance and teaching in my own studio for six years, I returned to my deeper calling: walking alongside people through difficulty. I earned my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2016 and have since dedicated my career to helping adults find healing and clarity.
Sessions are collaborative, down-to-earth, and paced around what feels safe for you — no pressure, no judgment.
